Zhuang Jidong，in accompany with Wang Wenzhong, vice president of CRCC, visited Vietnam for market investigation and Implemented a series of business promotion activities.

From May 9 to 14, local time, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board  of China Railway 21st Bureau Group Co. Ltd, Mr Zhuang Jidong in accompany with Wang Wenzhong, Vice President of CRCC visited the market in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and launched a series of business promotion activities for the implementation of the “Overseas Priority” strategy to open up the Southeast Asian market.

On May 9, Mr Zhuang Jidong together with relevant leaders of China Railway Construction International Investment Co., Ltd. jointly conducted on-the-spot investigations on the real estate market and intended plots for investment in Ho Chi Minh City, and exchanged opinions on the intended cooperation units of the project . Zhuang Jidong and Sun Yong, general manager of China Railway Construction International Investment Group, and Zhang Wei, president of Bank of China (Hong Kong)  Ho Chi Minh City Branch, and Zhang Kaixiong, general manager of the Bank, exchanged views on facilitating  Chinese companies' financing support. After listening to the report of the project and the situation, of the surrounding areas and the splendid perspective of the projects, Zhang Wei expressed his willingness to fully support the development of this project.

On May 10, Mr Zeng Zhaohui, the general manager of Hong Kong UniViet (Lianyue) Investment Group in Vietnam, provided market analysis and research reports for the intended projects of China Railway 21st Bureau Group Co., Ltd and China Railway Construction International Investment Corporation, which provided support for the next step forward. The two teams also went to the two properties developed by the Chinese-funded real estate developer China Fortune Land Development to conduct on-the-spot inspections, to acquire further detailed information on the development and local supply and planning.

On May 11, China Railway 21st Bureau Group Co., Ltd was authorized to organize the daily program of activities. Zhuang Jidong in acoompany with Wang Wenzhong and other leaders of Overseas Business Department of China Railway Construction Corporation participated in a series of activities. In Ho Chi Minh City, they paid a visit to the Chinese consulate General and convened a meeting with Mr. Wei Xichen, Chinese Commercial Counsellor to Ho Chi Minh City. In Hanoi, they met with Ruan Yudong, the Deputy Minister of Communications of Vietnam,  Deng Shimeng, the General Manager of the Railway Corporation, Xiong Bo, the Chinese Ambassador to Vietnam, Hu Suojin, the Economic and Commercial Counselor and other relevant leaders.

At the Vietnam Local Market Symposium hosted by China Railway Construction Corporation, Zhuang Jidong reported to Wang Wenzhong on the progress in Vietnam of the China Railway 21st Bureau Group. After listening to the report on the projects of several units of China Railway Construction Corporation in Vietnam, Wang Yongqiang, deputy general manager of overseas department, summarized the investigation of the Vietnamese market and answered the related questions.

Wang Wenzhong pointed out that the Southeast Asian market, especially the Vietnamese market, has great potential. It is necessary to accelerate the implementation of the "overseas priority" strategy in terms of personnel training and salary treatment. The related units should form a joint force in resources, comprehensively follow up and operate in compliance with the laws and regulations under the unified coordination of the overseas department, and simotaneously must do a good job in CPC Party construction of overseas projects.

It is reported that during the trip to Vietnam, China Railway 21st Bureau Group Co. Ltd has harvested information resources and obtained support from all parties, laying a solid foundation for the development of the overseas market of the company in a new field.
