Investment of 71.91 billion, involving 12 projects,the construction of Dongxiang section of Linxia Prefecture along Taohe economic belt under the overall contract of China Railway 21st Bureau Group Co., Ltd started

July 1 marks the 98^th anniversary of the founding of Chinese Communist Party. The commencement ceremony for EPC general contracting project of economic belt along Taohe, Linxia Prefecture, awarded to China Railway 21st Bureau Group Co., Ltd, was held at Cuijia village in Dapan town, Dongxiang county. Zhao Yanxu, general manager of China Railway 21st Bureau Group Co., Ltd, Guo Heli, Secretary of the Linxia Party committee, the main leader of the LinXia Prefecture People's Congress, the Government and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), esponsible person of relevant functional departments of Linxia Prefecture Government, the Prefectural Committee Office, the Prefectural Government Office, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Finance Bureau , the Poverty Relief Office, the Housing Construction Bureau, the Education Bureau, the Natural Resources Bureau, the Transportation Bureau, the Merchants Bureau, the Hygiene and Health Bureau, the Water Affairs Bureau, the Agricultural Development Bank, the Agricultural Bank and other relevant functional departments,  the Party Committee Secretary of 7 counties(cities) governed by Linxia prefecture, the representatives of Dongxiang entrepreneurs, 24 primarily responsible comrades from villages and towns, 229 administrative village branch secretaries and directors of the village committee, all the cadres and workers in Daban town, and representatives from the enterprise and construction company, totaling of 200 people, witnessed this exciting and happy moment.

In the speech, Zhao Yanxu said with deep feeling: “the construction of Dongxiang section of Linxia prefecture along Taohe economic belt is a major provincial, prefectural and county project, and also an innovative measure and strategic decision for Dongxiang's targeted poverty alleviation and long-term development, describing it as ‘work in the present, benefit the future with political significance and far-reaching social influence.”He added: “As the general contractor of the project, we feltglorious and proud, and will further improve the political stance, list the project as the CRCC21’s leading project, where main leaders shall be in command, with a strong sense of responsibility and mission, with the optimal design and planning, the strongest construction resources and higher quality standards, and with more rigorous work attitude into the engineering construction, through elaborate organization, scientific management, and green building, to supply Dongxiang people with excellent project.” He stressed: “On the premise of guaranteeing the engineering quality and construction safety, firmly stick to the goal requirement of the construction of the project and time node, Invert construction period, adopt parallel construction, commence at high point and advance in high efficiency, to ensure the completion of project construction tasks on time, and to submit a satisfactory answer to the prefecture committee, prefecture government and Dongxiang people, making a new and greater contribution for the county, even the whole prefecture to fight against poverty and win a synchronized well-off society!”
