Letter of condolences to overseas employees and family members of the Group Company

All overseas employees and family members of the Group Company:

In this special period when the new crown epidemic is sweeping the world, the overseas employees of group companies in Serbia, Kenya, Ethiopia and other countries still stick to their posts, work hard to fight the epidemic, and perform their duties for the smooth operation of overseas engineering projects.

Here, the Group Company would like to extend sincere greetings and lofty respects to all employees who are working hard in the front line overseas! I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the family members who have been silently supporting and understanding them!

In response to the overseas epidemic situation, Zhuang Jidong ，the Party Secretary and Chairman of the Group Company, and Zhao Yanxu，General Manager of the Group Company, attach great importance to it, and always put the life safety and health of overseas employees first, and  and have made instructions on the prevention and control of the epidemic overseas for many times.

Gao Yufeng ,and Zhang Tianshu , Deputy General Manager and other leaders went overseas to eat and live with the front-line employees to jointly fight the epidemic and guide project construction.

All relevant units immediately established an overseas epidemic prevention and control leading group, clearly listed the prevention and control of overseas epidemics as the most important task at present, and insisted on being responsible for keeping the land.

With reference to the successful experience of domestic epidemic prevention and control, all overseas engineering projects have formulated strict, scientific, and thorough epidemic prevention and control measures in combination with local actual conditions, and formulated special emergency plans.

Epidemic prevention materials are continuously sent to every overseas project, and the normal mechanism of "daily reports and daily communication" closely connects every overseas employee.

The wanderers who go abroad still have their roots in the fertile soil of the Group Company. No matter how severe the situation of overseas epidemic prevention and control is, the attitude of China Railways 21st Bureau Group Company in the innings of concentric and proactive confrontation has never changed. The determination to protect the health of every overseas employee is unwavering, and the confidence in winning the final victory against the epidemic will be as firm as a rock!

Up to now, none of the overseas employees in 11 "Belt and Road" countries has been diagnosed with infection. There are sufficient stocks of epidemic prevention materials for 15 projects under construction and planned to start, adequate supplies of daily necessities, and solid progress in construction. This hard-won situation is inseparable from the strong leadership of the Group Company, the hard work and dedication of all overseas employees, and even more, the support and tolerance of every overseas employee's family.

Watch and help each other to fight the epidemic, and wait for the spring breeze together. Thousands of words, I wish peace and health! The difficulties will pass, and we will eventually win.
